Whynot – Lynn Marie, of Brooklyn, passed away peacefully Friday October 20, 2023 in Queens General Hospital, Liverpool with family she loved by her side.
Born in Liverpool, she was the daughter of the late Archibald and Anna (Rafuse) MacKay.
Lynn is survived by her husband Darryl of Brooklyn, and daughters Terri-Lynn Foster (Dwayne) of Maplewood, and Lesley Whynot  (Jeff Weare) of Harmony Mills.  Sister Jean White (Rick) of Blandford.  Gramma to Joshua, Jacob, Abbie, and Owen who were the center of her world.  They adored Gramma and will miss her dearly.
Cremation has taken place under the direction of Chandlers’ Funeral Home, Liverpool. A private family service will be held at a later date. No flowers by request. Condolences may be made to www.chandlersfuneral.com
Mom would want donations made in her memory to help children in our communities.  Donations can be made to North Queens Community School breakfast program or Livewires 4H Club in Maplewood.
