From , Neice Barbara Ann , Rodney , and Children . ( Yarmouth)
To Uncle Allen , Cousins Gary and Daniel ( their families ) and Joanne …. Please know that we have been thinking of all of you throughout Kimmie’s whole illness ….. The word shocked doesn’t even fathom how i felt when i was told about her diagnosis just only a few months ago , all I could think of is ,”oh no , here we go again to that terrible disease” , that i even hate saying the word of. Having just lost Regina not that long ago and so many of our family members to the same thing , this doesn’t even seem real,, but Kimmie always stayed strong for everyone else and was such a big support when we all needed it most …. Dad always kept me up to date from day one on a daily basis about her condition and all the details on how she was doing and how everything was going , whenever there was a change he never forgot to call and tell me . She was a very strong and determined woman , and she fought a hard but courageous fight …. I have alot of memories of Kimmie , I can remember going to visit her at “The Arrangement” ( her flower shop in Bridgewater ) when i was little and watching her make beautifull floral arrangements , she even continued to make them for people over the years even after she got out of the flourist business, she has made many for Dad as well for Mom …. I will always remember her having so many beautiful flower gardens with so many different kinds of flowers planted that she took so much pride in and even planting many huge flower gardens for Nanny and keeping Nanny’s flower gardens weeded and kept up for her over the years , and also trying to keep Grandpa from mowing them … there wasn’t a flower , plant , shrub , or tree that she didn’t know the name of , if you didn’t know, all you had to do was ask her and she could tell you what kind of plant or flower it was and the name of it .. she could get anything to grow , she definately had a green thumb,, and knew her plants . She often had fresh flowers on Nan’s kitchen table for everyone to enjoy , and knowing that Nanny loved flowers and plants also . Whenever visiting Nanny you could find Kimmie sitting and spending time chatting with her and most often sitting at Nan’s kitchen table doing some type of craft , knitting or whatever she was working on at that time , she was always working on something , whenever you saw her , keeping busy as she was a hard worker, and also very talented , had many hobbies and she could make or sew anything that she tried,,,, I remember she also loved old things, such as old wagon wheels oxen yokes and old antiquish looking things …. Spending alot of time at Nanny’s was a favourite thing for her because she thought the world of Nanny and she was close to her …. Allen , Gary and Daniel , everyone knows how very close you all were to her and how much she loved you , she was a very dedicated wife and mother , and thought the world of her boys and was so proud of you both , and simply adored her grandchildren. Also everyone knows how she loved her dogs ,,, i still remember “Togo” her Husky , he was beautifull … Also Kimmie was the first person to come to the hospital to visit me when i had my first son , and to take the very first pictures of my son Brandon when he was born , he was only a couple of hours old , that was a long time ago , he wll be 27 this month. No matter how long it was in between visits , or how long it has been since I have last visited , I was always told that she asked how me and my family were doing in Yarmouth and how the kids were and what they were doing in life , she was always concerened and tried to keep up to date , even if she heard if anyone was sick , she always asked and always sent christmas cards ….. Even when Nan passed and I couldn’t be at Nan’s service i was told that she still placed a yellow rose for me to Nanny …. out of respect and she still made sure that I was incuded and not left out even though I wasn’t able to attend the service for Nanny ….
I will never forget that …. Kimmie was always thinking of others. She worried and thought about her family ,friends and community members . It also showed in the community , Kimmie was a well respected community member , having done so much for the Danesville church over many years , she was a very dedicated church and community member, always doing whatever she could to make sure she helped to keep the church going and running, with helping to organize many fund raisers , from supporting and helping with everything from rock a thons , bake sales , cold plate sales , walk a thons and whatever else she could be involved in to make sure the church kept running and to support it in any way she could help out …. there are to many other things to even mention over the years that she has done ….. Kimmie not only supported the Danesvile Church , she was active in many other community churches as well , she rarely missed a Sunday church service , she will be deeply missed by her Woman’s Groups, and all of the church groups that she was involved in as well, that supported the churches ….. I know that Kimmie will be deeply missed also by the Community of Danesville and the Danesville Church groups and also missed for her dedication , hard work and concern for the church and the Community of Danesville …. Kimmie was a beautiful soul inside and out and i’m proud that she is a part of my family, and I will always cherish the memories that I have of her …. We Will Love And Miss You Forever , Sleep Well Beautiful Angel ❤ From Neice Barbara Ann , Rodney , Brandon , Keisha , Nakita and Hunter ( Your Family Members In Yarmouth )
Shirley & Phillip Anthony
Rest in peace Kimmy

We want to extend our deepest sympathy to you in your loss. As brothers and sisters in Christ, we also mourn Kimmie’s death and will miss her deeply.
It is so difficult for us to lose someone we hold dear, and we know you will face challenges as you adjust to life without Kimmie. Nonetheless, we are thankful for the eternal hope we have through Christ’s resurrection. “Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ! In His great mercy He has given us new birth into a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead.” 1 Peter 1:3
Remembering Kimmie’s faithful service to her Lord, we are confident that, like Paul, her testimony would be, “I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith. Now there is in store for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will award to me on that day.” 2 Timothy 4:7-8. I recall the last time I spent with Kimmie outside Middlewood United Church of Canada when she reminded me of Christ’s love, present in every situation and that all we need do is reach out for it. I remember her gentile sprit. I remember her smile.
United with you as your church family, we continue to pray for you and ask God to comfort you and give you His strength with the peace that is beyond our understanding. We walk with you on this journey and want to provide loving support in any way we can.
We are overseas and are not able to be with you all at Dansville, a church that Kimmie loved and demonstrated great faithful and loyal service. Please know that we will be with you all in thought and prayer throughout Friday and beyond.
Yours in Fellowship and love,
Gary & Richard

Dear Allen, Gary and Daniel and families. My heart is breaking. It can’t be true. I lost a piece of my heart with Kim’s passing. I know Kim had a great faith in God but right now I really can’t believe that a merciful God would take such a good person like Kim away from us. I’m so very glad we got to see each other this year. There are so many more things I want to say to her and to tell her that I love her like a sister. We have been friends for so long, since elementary school, and we been through and seen so many things together in that time. Singing and dancing to the oldies on the record player and eating fried onions and mustard pickles. And crying when her brothers and father and my parents passed away. We have been there for each other off and on our entire life. I’m not going to be there to say good bye to Kim so could you please say bye from me and tell her I love her. My thoughts are with all of you. Love Corinne
