Cremation has taken place under the direction of Chandlers’ Funeral Home, Liverpool. A celebration of Joan’s life will be held Monday, March 11, 2019 from 11:00 until 1:00 in Chandlers’ Funeral Home, Liverpool. A private family burial will take place at a later date.
