Arnold Phillip Whynot

WHYNOT – Arnold Phillip, 74, of Liverpool, Queens County, passed away peacefully in Queens General Hospital, Liverpool on Friday, March 24, 2017.
Born in Liverpool, he was a son of the late Joseph and Nora (Whynot) Whynot.
Arnold was a former employee for the Town of Liverpool Works Department and worked as a tailor for Max Harding’s Men’s Wear. He worked with the freezer crews at both C. W. MacLeod Fisheries in Port Mouton and Mersey Seafoods, Liverpool.
He is survived by his wife Florence (Conrad); his daughters Melinda Whynot of Liverpool, Miranda (Devin) Gallant of Milton and Michelle (Shane) Aulenback of Nepean, ON. His grandchildren Dakota “Cody”, Krista, Kayla, Austin, Danika, Chelsey, Lucas and Melanie. His sisters Eleanor (Everett) Wolfe of Milton and Loretta (Harold) Huphman of Liverpool.
Arnold was predeceased by his sister Joyce Wolfe and his brothers Cyril, Reid, Mervin, Vincent and Dennis.
Cremation has taken place under the direction of Chandlers’ Funeral Home, Liverpool. A memorial service will be held Monday, July 17, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. in Chandlers’ Funeral Chapel, Liverpool.
