Fisher, Hazel Elizabeth, 87, of Liverpool, passed away peacefully on September 20th, 2015, in Queens General Hospital, Liverpool. Born in Sandy Point, Shelburne County, on October 7th, 1927, she was a daughter of the late Harry and Pearl (Butler) Bower.
