“She is Only Away”

She is only away-
in your thoughts and your hearts you are always together never apart;
In your sorrow, remember-
she’s only away
though she may not be with you her memories stay…
…and in time , when the hurt isn’t too much to bear, whenever you look in you hearts
She’ll be there.
A message from someone who knows and cares.
So, Sorry to hear of your mother’s passing. Our deepest thoughts and prayers are with you all.

Condolence from Valerie and Donald on July 14th, 2010 4:44 am

In years gone by Mary was a hard worker; running a farm was not an easy task. Mary loved to laugh and dance, I (Valerie) had the pleasure of dancing a few jigs with her at the Stonehaven Lodge Christmas party. She was a kind and gentle person. She is now a flower in God’s Garden. Be at peace Mary.
Love
Valerie and Donald

Condolence from Linda Roy on July 14th, 2010 5:49 am

I am so sorry to hear of Mary’s passing. My condolences to all of her family. I fondly remember so many of Mary’s stories and the laughter that was involved. She was a wonderful lady. She was great company when she stayed with me during Ernie’s illness when I lived in Halifax . A little bit of home while I was away from home and I was only to glad to offer her a place to stay to be close to Ernie at that time. I’m sure she is in a better place now, no doubt providing lots of laughter.

Linda

Hi to you all, So sorry to hear of your mom’s passing. I will never forget the fun we had when she was in Florida! She went to Bingo with me every week. She would see my gas tank low and would say, “Marge, you stop and get gas right now!” On the passenger side, the gauge always looked lower than it was. She was a lovely lady and will be missed my all who knew her. My sincerest sympathy to you all. Marge Pooler

Condolence from Kris (Johnson) Fallavollita on August 20th, 2010 5:09 am

I’m sorry to hear of Mary’s passing. I met Mary through my father Stuart Johnson when they were both spending their winters at Boggy Creek in Florida. She was a wonderful person. I remember visiting her with my dad and my then3 year old daughter during one of our trips to Nova Scotia. I had the most wonderful Digby Scallops at her kitchen table. These are wonderful memories to cherish.
