James and family.
We were saddened to read the obituary for Sarah. We remember her from our years with the Liverpool Baptist Church. In our mind’s eye we can see her sitting in her pew in the sanctuary of the church, joining in the hymns, bowing in prayer, listening to the sermon. We recall her participation in the life of the congregation, including her participation with the Willing Workers Together. We appreciated her faithful support.
We are grateful that Sarah was following the Lord Jesus Christ, the One who said, “Come to me, all you who are weary and heavy laden, and I will give you rest.” Matthew 11:28
We are remembering you in prayer.

To Sarah’s family,
We met Sarah at Stonehaven when Mom became part of the family there. She certainly had a sunny disposition and willingly shared that beautiful smile (we never saw her without it).Mom loved partnering with Sarah for a game of 45’s in the afternoon and always marvelled that Sarah was the scorekeeper! She will be missed by so many but brought so much joy to the world.

I didn’t get to meet Sarah until she was about 98 or 99 years old and I never would have guessed her age. She always looked so spry and her memory was so sharp. Sarah and my parents lived at Waterloo place and whenever my mom would have a party there, Sarah would attend. The last time I saw her was before covid and she was 107. She told me that my mom threw the best parties. I still smile over that! I will miss seeing photos of her on the Queens Manor face book. My condolences to her family. Sarah certainly was a remarkable lady.
