I will always remember Lester, he was a very loving and devoted husband to my Grandmother Violet. After My grandmother’s stroke he cared for her with love, he always called her HUN, which I thought was sweet. Lester always considered her family, his family as well. I will never forget his smile, the way he always made us feel special, Growing up I am quite sure I spent almost every day visiting, and have special memories of their home that I hold in a special place in my heart. Every evening while there we would have a special lunch, usually consisting of Lunenburg pudding, solomon gundy or some special suprise. Lester always made sure we were fed. He was a very special man and yes he was always JOLLY, he will be dearly missed. Lester, may you rest in peace.
Evelyn, thank you for taking great care of him, he deserved someone after my Grandmother passed away.

I remember when I was young visiting Uncle Lester with my grandmother Margie, eating lobster and hearing some of his stories. I haven’t been around to see him in the recent years, but I’ll always remember his smile, sense of humor and kindheartedness. He will be missed…
