She was such a sweet and gentle lady and was so glad to have a chat when we met up with her. I last saw her at the Lodge in Port Mouton, and although it had been years since I had spoken to her, she knew me immediately which was so heart-warming. Let your good memories give you all peace. I just wanted to say how much I loved my Aunt Amy. It has really bothered me that I not been able to visit her in the last few years because of injury. I have wonderful memories of her visiting our family in Maine and visiting with us at our house when we lived in Dartmouth. I always found her to be happy and very entertaining! Her dog meant the world to her and even when she had to find him a new home she NEVER stopped worrying or talking about him. Aunt Amy always made me feel so special ….she would get so excited when we came to visit and you knew it was coming straight from her heart. I am glad she and my Mom and Dad are together again. Aunt Amy was just simply a sweetheart….I am sure right now she is trying to get Mom to go somewhere for lunch….lol!

Dear Peter and Rose ,
Please accept my condolences . Even when the passing is gentle, and the natural sunset of a very long life, loss is loss, and it hurts. A presence in your lives for so long has departed.
Although I met ‘Aunt Amy’ only a few times, her character was vivid and memorable.
I also remember your faithful care of her, and your patience and kindness in circumstances which were sometimes difficult over the years. She did much good in her life, and you were so good to her as the shadows lengthened. I hope that the memory of her goodness, and your own, will comfort you.

Kirsty Tousignant, East Berlin

Dearest Amy, you may not remember me but I sure remember you, and all the lovely moments we shared. At the Nova Veterinary Clinic I had the pleasure of getting to know you. I loved that you loved your furry companions, as much as they loved you You always made my day a bit brighter. Say hi to Chelsea when you meet up with her, she was such a sweet girl! Hope we will meet again. Bonnie Muise
