Condolence from Peter Rhyno on March 10th, 2015 10:23 pm

Dear Heather Wendy ,Penny & Todd .

I was saddened to hear of Billy’s sudden passing. I didn’t know he was ill. Though we grieve on this side, on the other side there are smiles as he is welcomed again into the family circle of those who already have crossed over that veil which separated this world from the eternal world. I don’t doubt that he is pleased to see his father again after almost 38-years. I have good memories of us all in those early days when Uncle Percy would come home for summer visits and we would all do things together. It was Billy and I who cleaned out the old Coops house to make things ready for the rest to move from Montreal back in the early 1970s. Heather , you and the girls were young then and Todd wasn’t yet born. I think of those days a lot even more so since mother’s passing. It is difficult when someone we take for granted is suddenly gone from us. There are adjustments to be made but there is also the reality of a reunion ahead us to look forward to, for we shall see them all again. This is not just wishful hoping on my part for I know God lives and I understand his plan for us all. If I can help you in any way please feel free to contact me. You do not have to endure this alone. God be with you.and your children and I thank you for those good memories of years gone by. May we all make good memories yet still ahead. Peter Rhyno

Dear Heather and family,

I am so sorry for your loss with Bill’s passing. Bill and I became good friends when working across the hall from one another. We always joked that we came to work early to look out for each other. To Bill’s Family:

I also met Bill when I started working across the hall from Bill in Dr. Cosh’s office. Bill and I would have our chats about the most recent Habs game and what they should do to improve. I would go home and tell my husband what Bill’s thoughts were sometimes.

You will be sadly missed Bill. Rest in Peace. Go Habs Go!
