To Blair,Tom and other Randall family members,

Your Dad is so respected and admired by so many that words can not do him justice; and justly so. He gave so much to his family, friends, neighbors and community, leaving many wonderful memories for everyone whose life he touched.

Those memories will carry you through the years to come ,easing the pain of such a great loss.my wish for you all is that each day ,as you think of him, each memory brings a smile, instead of a tear.

So sorry for such a great loss.
    Sincerely
    Cathy Lavender-Acker

to the Raddall Family: Dr. Raddall was the first dentist our family had the privilege of having as our family dentist after moving to Port Mouton in 1972. He was always very kind to our children and very patient with their idiosyychrocies! we missed him when he retired. He will be sadly missed by all of you — take care of each other and remember all the happy times you shared

    To the Raddall family,
How sad to read of Tom’s passing. We reflected on his many years practicing dentistry in our little town, waving as he daily jogged by our rental cottage in Summerville in our early marriage, and the many conversations as he walked his dogs around Hunt’s Point. We have missed seeing him these past few years and think of him every day we pass the house.
Tom certainly served his community; he was an inspiration to everyone he encountered.
We know you have many wonderful memories of this fine man who led your family with love and wisdom. The community grieves with you as you say goodbye. Please accept our sympathies.

Many thanks to Tom for his countless good deeds which he carried out very quietly. I thank him especially for looking after my Dad at the Manor, and for re-planting Dad’s memorial tree/shrub at the third hole at the golf course. Rest In Peace, my friend.

To Tom, Cathy and your family,
I was sorry to hear about the passing of your father. He was a kind leader, providing insight and action in the dental community in Nova Scotia. I knew him as a very active member of the NSDA. He always had time to speak to the younger dentists. I know that this was the way he lived his life, caring for others and giving a lot to his community and family.

When I was 12 and playing hockey in Chester someone decided my smirk was irritating and did something about it with a stick. I still remember Tom coming in after hours and rebuilding my front tooth. He said it would be a temporary fix.
I still have that tooth and still think of your father ,Tom and Debbie, whenever I look at it. My Dad would have some other stories, best left untold, but from our family to yours – we will miss him but please celebrate a life well lived.

So sorry to hear about the loss of Tom. I have fond memories of playing golf with Tom in my teens at White Point. I can’t begin to express how much gratitude I have for the time spent with him. I owe a lot to Tom – he had an extremely positive influence on my early life, and advocated strongly for me as I completed my high school education and started university at Acadia. I will never forget the role Tom played in shaping my professional career, and can imagine there are many others who have very similar stories

Thinking about you all during this difficult time,

Belated condolences to Pam and family on the passing of my great friend Tom. A strong friendship developed between us during our 4 years at Acadia University those many years ago. That friendship was maintained over the years of my travels and periodic visits to the Randall homestead at Hunt’s Point. Although contact diminished and ended with the passing of time, my remembrances of our early adventures and lasting mutual admiration remains one of my most treasured memories.
