It was very sad to see this. Your Mom was such a gracious lady. I have fond memories of many hours spent at your house – picking russet apples, playing the piano in the barn, being given half a piece of gum (a treat for me!), learning to ride a bicycle …. so many are running through my mind. I will never forget what it meant to me when she remembered my 50th birthday shortly after Mom passed away. You were blessed to have her. Much love from us all.

So sorry to read about your Mom’s passing. I always remember her as a kind and gentle lady. Keep her memory close to your hearts.
Dear Barb, Linda, Cathy and Stephen,
I was so sorry to read of your Mother passing. So many wonderful memories from childhood days come flooding back as I think of her. She was always so kind and never seemed to mind having one more join her own children, whether it was playing in the backyard, or playing the old organ in the barn. On days when we couldn’t play outside, she would welcome us inside and I can still remember the delicious smells that would come from her kitchen when she was cooking or baking. As the years passed and we grew up, she didn’t forget us and I remember that when Larry was diagnosed with Parkinson’s Disease, she would always ask about him whenever I happened to see her at the Post Office. It was around the same time that she lost your Dad and I could see that she was a woman of understanding and compassion and I’ve often thought that if I ever needed someone to talk to, she would understand. You were blessed to have her as your Mother and my love and prayers are with you at this very sad time in your lives.
Sincerely,
Lynn Kempton-Lowe
