d. June 14, 2026

It is with profound sadness and deep love that we announce the sudden passing of Victoria “Tori” Eileen Langille, 34, of Riversdale, NS on June 14th, 2026.

Born in Halifax Tori was the cherished daughter of Barbara (Croft) and Christopher Langille.

After graduating from Liverpool Regional High School Tori began her career at Reynolds Pharmasave. Her adventurous spirit led her north where she worked at the Snowshoe Inn in Fort Providence, NWT. Although she treasured her time away Nova Scotia always held her heart, and she eventually returned home to be closer to family, friends and the place she loved.

Tori will be remembered for her kindness, quick wit, and wonderful sense of humour. She found great joy in baking and cooking alongside her mother and shared a special bond with her beloved grandmother, Jenny. Some of her happiest memories were spent camping at Hibernia with her Dad and playing hockey.

A gifted photographer and talented artist, Tori expressed her creativity in many ways. She had recently mastered crocheting and enjoyed crafting of all kinds. Her love of nature was reflected in the many plants she nurtured and the beauty she found in the world around her. Music brought her comfort and animals held a special place her heart, especially Cheechee whose affection for Tori was equally clear.

She is lovingly remembered by her sons, Tayloy Landry and Max Knickle, who were the centre of her world. Her love for her boys was immeasurable and they were her greatest source of pride, joy and purpose. Besides her parents she is survived by her step-nanny, Marie Langille, numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family members and many friends who will cherish her memory forever.

Tori was predeceased by her maternal grandparents, Jenny and James Croft and paternal grandparents, Eileen and Murray Langille.

Cremation has taken place under the direction of Chandlers’ Funeral Home, Liverpool, NS where a funeral service will be held Monday, June 22nd at 2:00 p.m., followed by a burial in the New Charleston Cemetery, Charleston, NS. In lieu of flowers donations in Tori’s memory may be made to a charity of your choice.
