Mary Smith

SMITH, Mary Noel  -89, of Pictou, and formerly of Port Mouton, passed away June 1, 2010 in Aberdeen Hospital, New Glasgow.  Born in Liverpool, she was a daughter of the late Herbert & Sarah (Roy) Farmer.  Surviving are her daughter, Etta (Maxwell) Whynot, Liverpool; adopted son, Charlie Smith, Ontario; nine grandchildren and many great grandchildren; sister, Edith, Caledonia.  She was predeceased by her husband, Norman; daughter, Hilda; sisters, Sarah, Florence, Ada, Roxena; brothers, Alfred, George, Herbert, Winnifred, Mark, Duncan, Victor; three half sisters.  A graveside service will be held at a later date in Laurel Hill, Cemetery,  Port Mouton.
