Sarah Catherine “Sally” Slauenwhite

Slauenwhite – Sarah C. “Sally”, 73, of Milton, formerly of East Port Medway, passed away peacefully in Queens General Hospital, Liverpool on Tuesday, January 2, 2024.
Born in Liverpool, Sarah was a daughter of the late Willard and Marjorie (Frausel) Minard.
Sarah worked for the Bank of Montreal in Liverpool for twenty years. She was a Regional commissioner and a leader for the National Girl Guides Association of Canada for over thirty years. In her spare time, Sarah enjoyed knitting and reading romance novels. Sarah will be remembered for her phenomenal mental and physical strength. She was always positive, never complained even when life was hard, and never had a hard time putting her husband, Earle, in his place when he got it wrong. She had a heart of gold, always made sure her family was looked after, spending time with them and her friends, but especially her grandchildren.
Surviving are her husband of 54 years, Earle; her daughter Robyne (John) Bollivar of Crousetown, her son Ian of Spryfield her grandchildren Tamarra, Abbigail and Chase. Her brother Kenneth (Judith) of Milton.
Cremation has taken place under the direction of Chandlers’ Funeral Home, Liverpool. At Sarah’s request, there will be no funeral service at this time. No flowers by request, donations to a charity of your choice. www.chandlersfuneral.com
