Maurice Alexander Jr. Scobey

SCOBEY – Maurice A. Jr., 71 of Riverview Enhanced Care, Dayspring, NS. Passed away peacefully on Monday, June 14, 2021.
Born in Liverpool, Jr. was a son of the late Maurice and Ruby (Gardner) Scobey.
Jr. enjoyed collecting pristine license plates and auto trader books. He enjoyed root beer, apple pie and loved to go for drives.
Jr. is survived by his sisters Elizabeth “Queenie” (Philip) Irwin of Brooklyn and Nancy (Willard) Moulton of Liverpool and his sister in law Marilyn Scobey of Mersey Point as well as several nieces and nephews “the babies”.
Besides his parents, Jr. was predeceased by his brothers Fred and Joe.
Cremation has taken place under the direction of Chandlers’ Funeral Home, Liverpool. A graveside service will be held Wednesday, June 23, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. in Seaside Cemetery, Brooklyn, NS.
