Ronald Edward Whynot

Whynot - Ronald E., 79, of Milton, passed away peacefully in Queens General Hospital, Liverpool on Tuesday, January 6, 2026.

Born in Liverpool, Ronald was a son of the late Eugene and Tessie (Cunningham) Whynot.

Ronald was a heavy equipment operator his whole life who enjoyed being in the woods whether logging or hunting.

He is survived by his wife of 60 years Linda (Wamboldt); his daughters Charlotte (James) Wells, Daisy Mae (David) Payzant. His sons Cory (Rhonda) and Jason (Koren) and his grandchildren Lacey and Levi Payzant Hayley and Hannah Whynot. His brothers Myles (Angie) and Harvey.

Besides his parents, Ronald was predeceased by his sister Ethel Ingram and his brothers Percy, Farish, Norman and Allen.

Cremation has taken place under the direction of Chandlers’ Funeral Home, Liverpool. At Ronald’s request, there will be a private family service at a later date. Online condolences may be made below.
