Olga (Pansi) Fleischhacker

Fleischhacker - Olga (Pansi), 94, of Lockeport, Nova Scotia passed away peacefully Wednesday, February 4, 2026 at Surf Lodge, Lockeport, with family by her side.

Born in Graz, Austria, Olga spent most of her life in Montreal, Quebec and most recently in Nova Scotia. Olga was a radiant woman with a vibrant spirit, and a captivating charm. Her presence and character brought joy to all around her. Though dementia took its toll in her later years, her strength and resilience shone through, and she is now at peace, leaving behind a legacy of love. Her memory will forever be cherished by all who had the joy of knowing her through her remarkable life.

Olga is survived by her son Jerry (Susan) Fleischhacker of Brooklyn, Nova Scotia and her granddaughter Krysten Fleischhacker.

Besides her parents Olga was predeceased by her husband Irwin, sister Gretel Heinrich and brothers Steffan and Herbert.

Cremation has taken place under the direction of Chandlers’ Funeral Home, Liverpool, NS

As per Olga’s wishes there will be no funeral service by request, no flowers by request. Donations may be made to a charity of choice. The family would like to thank all the staff for their hard work and compassion shown to Olga in her stay at Surf Lodge, Lockeport, NS.
