Marilyn Schrader

Schrader; Marilyn R., 87, of Liverpool, passed away peacefully in Windsor Elms Village, Falmouth on Saturday, April 25, 2026.

Born in Hunt’s Point, Marilyn was a daughter of the late Curtis and Vera (West) Huskins.

Marilyn was a housekeeper for a number of families in the Liverpool area for many years. She was a member of Trinity Anglican Church, loved Saturday night dances and loved to walk.

Marilyn is survived by her daughter Karen (Robert) Henley of Upper Rawdon, her sons Greg of Dartmouth, Larry of Halifax and Stephen (Donna) Bedford. Her grandchildren Nathan Henley (Kiya McDow) and Sarah Henley. Her sister Eleanor of Cape Breton and her brothers David (Vivian) of Liverpool and Ted (Vivian Patterson) of Bridgewater.

Besides her parents, Marilyn was predeceased by her husband Franklyn and her brother Reginald.

Visitation will be Wednesday, April 29, 2026 from 4 until 7 p.m. in Chandlers’ Funeral Home, Liverpool. Funeral service will be Thursday, April 30, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. at Trinity Anglican Church, Liverpool. Reverend Ruth MacNeil officiating assisted by Reverend Judy Cross. Burial will be in Trinity Anglican Cemetery, Bog Road, Liverpool. No flowers by request, donations may be made to Trinity Anglican Church or to a charity of your choice.
