Langille, Jordan Edward, 28, of Middlewood, Lunenburg County died tragically as the result of a motor vehicle accident on June 19, 2025.
Jordan was born to Ann Margaret (McInnis, Langille) Westhaver and Arthur "Brian" Langille of East Port Medway.
He grew up in East Port Medway and graduated from Liverpool Regional High School in 2015. Wanting to pursue a trade in welding, Jordan moved to Newfoundland, graduating from Academy Canada in 2016. Upon returning to Nova Scotia, he worked for Riverport Metal Works where he learned and acquired valuable skills in his welding trade. In 2020, Jordan opened his own company, West Nova Welding. His welding career took him on many adventures across Canada. Jordan was an outgoing and spontaneous spirit, he loved his friends and family and was up for any adventure they suggested. Jordan especially had a love for the outdoors. He had many hobbies including hunting, fishing, boating, four wheeling and camping. Jordan was always on the go, chasing the dollar and a good time. He was the life of the party, always smiling and making people laugh. On June 17, 2024, Jordan became a Dad to Oaklyn Ann Langille, his pride and joy. He loved her more than life itself and would do anything for her.
Jordan is survived by his mother, Ann M. (McInnis, Langille) Westhaver and stepfather, Edward C. Westhaver of Marriott's Cove. His daughter, Oaklyn A. Langille of Riverport. His sisters, Kayla E. Langille (Jeff Weagle) of Glen Haven and Erica C. Langille (Vernon Schnare) of Big Tancook Island. His brothers, Matthew B. Langille (Hayley Brown) of Windsor, Isaac M. Westhaver and William J.C. Westhaver of Marriott's Cove. His grandmother, Janie E. (Westhaver, Langille) Trimper (Clyde Trimper) of Bear River and grandfather, William E. McInnis of Marriott’s Cove. His aunts and uncles, Adam (Michelle) McInnis, Angela (Paul) Smith, Theresa (Stephen) Wentzell, Wayne Langille, and Walter Langille. His close friends, Jesse Marsters, Morgan Murphy, Tucker Nowe, and Cole Cleveland. He is also survived by many other great aunts, great uncles, cousins, and friends.
He is predeceased by his father, Arthur B. Langille; cousin, Jamie L. Westhaver; grandfather, Wayne E. Langille; grandmother, Marilyn L. (Hicks) Smith; and uncle, Robert H. Langille.
Cremation has taken place under the direction of Chandlers’ Funeral Home, Liverpool, NS. The graveside service will be held Friday, July 4 at 4:00 pm in East Port Medway Community Cemetery with a kitchen party to follow at Vogler’s Cove Community Hall. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made directly to the family for help in raising his beloved Oaklyn. Online condolences may be made below.
