John Richard Croxen

John Richard aka (Jingles) Croxen passed away on October 30,2026 at south shore regional hospital at the age of 74.

Born in Liverpool, John was a son of the late Raymond and Raye (Young) Croxen.

John retired from Bowater Mersey Paper Company and enjoyed his free time having coffee with friends. He also loved his trips moose hunting with friends and nature in general. He was a member of the Hollow Log Rifle Club and the Lions Club.

John never married but had the pleasure of his brother Ernie’s ( Dianne)children Matthew ( Hanneke), Nathan (Michelle) and Sarah (Amy). He is also a great uncle to Maaike, Marcus , Benjamin, Genevieve and Emery.

He was predeceased by his parents and infant sister Pamela

Cremation has taken place under the direction and care of Chandlers’ Funeral Home, Liverpool, N.S. There will be a graveside service on November 23,2026 at 2 p.m. at Trinity Anglican Cemetery on Bog Road, Reverend Judy Cross officiating.
