“Heather” Dawn Patricia Lowe

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Heather, a loving and dedicated wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend, who passed away peacefully on April 8, 2024 in South Shore Regional Hospital, Bridgewater with her family by her side who will remember her with so much love and cherished memories.

Born in Liverpool, Heather, the youngest of her siblings, was a daughter of the late Sydney and Ruth Gardner.

Heather’s greatest joy in life was her family. She met the love of her life and best friend, Blake in 1977, were married in 1980 and raised three children.

Heather loved animals, especially her dogs and cats. She used to own horses as well an had a really strong love for them.

Heather spent most of her time as a homemaker raising her three children with a few jobs in between. Her main focus was taking care of her children and being home with them.

Heather enjoyed her ocean-view drives with Blake and Stephanie until her illness wouldn’t allow her to go. She also loved watching wrestling with Blake and you would often hear her yelling at the TV.

Anyone who crossed paths with Heather could see the passion she had for her family, especially her grandchildren. Heather’s passing will forever leave a hole in our hearts and she will be greatly missed by those who were fortunate to be part of her life. We will miss her infectious and courageous smile.

Heather is survived by her loving and devoted husband of 47 years, Blake. It is not often you find a love like theirs. Also her children; Stephen Lowe (Nikki Huphman), Stephanie Lowe (Chuckie Patterson) and Sean Lowe (Sonia Oickle-Lowe). Her grandchildren: Hailey, Grayson, Kaitlyn, Ethan, Tatum, Deacon, Dallas and Addisyn. Her brothers Frank (Peggy) Gardner and Ronny Gardner as well as many nieces and nephews and cousins. Heather loved her family with her whole heart and was a wonderful nanny.

Besides her parents, Heather was predeceased by her sister Brenda Roach, her brothers Richard, David, Doug and her son in law Mark Wamboldt.

Visitation will be held Monday, April 15, 2024 from 7 until 9 p.m. and funeral service will be held Thursday, April 18, 2024 at 11:00 a.m., both in Chandlers’ Funeral Chapel, Liverpool.
