Greta Jeanette Everett

EVERETT – Greta Jeanette, 74, of Liverpool, passed away peacefully in Queens General Hospital, Liverpool on Monday, June 20, 2016.
Born in Liverpool, she was a daughter of the late Leonard and Madora (Anthony) Keating.
Greta was a former employee of New System Laundry and Dry-cleaning Limited and Mersey Seafoods. She loved her family and to play bingo.
She is survived by her daughters Rebecca “Becky” (Vernon “Ricky”) Munroe of Liverpool; Heather Everett (Murray Johnson) of Brooklyn. 4 grandchildren Trevor (Kimberly) Munroe, Terriann (Craig) Miller, Mitchell Everett (Danielle Morris), Miranda Johnson. 9 great grandchildren Benjamin Miller, Jack, Kayleigh and Kinsley Munroe; Camryn Whynot; Trinity, Alexis, Madison and Cassidy Everett. Sisters Dorothy (Einar) Whynot of Liverpool; Margaret (Roger) Corkum of Eagle Head; Yvonne (Charles) Greer of Greenfield; Ann Kent and Evelyn Patterson, both of Halifax; Susan Weare of Kempt. Brothers John (Faye) of Pleasantfield; Ronald (Janet Grezaud) and Archibald (Euna),both of Liverpool; Daniel (Charlene) of Milton.
She was predeceased by her husband Jack; sister Gertrude, brother Michael and infant brother Vincent.
Cremation has taken place under the direction of Chandlers’ Funeral Home, Liverpool. A graveside memorial service will be held Thursday, June 23, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. in Trinity Anglican Cemetery, Bog Road, Liverpool. Reverend Judy Cross officiating.
