Donald Gary Conway

Conway - Donald G., 72, of West Caledonia, Queens County, passed away suddenly at home on Friday, January 23, 2026.

Born in Caledonia, Donald was a son of the late Francis and Blanche (Mahoney) Conway.

Donald was a self employed mechanic and loved hunting.

He is survived by his wife Anna (Pacheco), his daughter Blanche of West Caledonia; his sons Donald of South Brookfield and Neil (Laura “Molly” Molyneux) of North River, NL. His grandchildren Nolan, Raylum and Francis and his great grandson James. His sisters Margaret (Peter) Waterman of Caledonia, Geraldine (Raymond) Crouse of Mahone Bay, Sandra (Bern) Power of Caledonia, Merna Conway (Jerry Muzzerall) of West Caledonia, Glenda of Bridgewater. Brothers John of west Caledonia, Gerald (Kathy Bungay) of Bridgewater and Michael (Marie) of West Caledonia.

Besides his parents, Donald was predeceased by his sisters Frances Forrest, Barbara Frail and his brother Roger.

Cremation has taken place under the direction of Chandlers’ Funeral Home, Liverpool, NS. Funeral service will be held on Friday, February 20, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. in the North Queens Fire Hall, Caledonia. Burial will be at a later date.
