Cyril Ross Sunderland

SUNDERLAND - Cyril Ross, 59, of Milton, Queens County, Nova Scotia passed away Wednesday, July 29, 2026, in Queens General Hospital, Liverpool, NS.

Born in Liverpool, Cyril was a son of Brent White and the late Elizabeth Ann Roy.

Cyril is pain free now and he will be missed by his family and friends. Cyril struggled with renal failure since he was a young teenager. Cyril lived more dialysis years than he did years with a transplant.

Cyril is survived by his sister, Darlene Sunderland (Catherine) of Kelowna, BC; dad Wayne Sunderland (Patricia) of Liverpool; biological father Brent White (Dana) of Mission, BC; half brothers Brent White, Brian White and brother James Day.

Besides his mother, Cyril was predeceased by grandparents Catherine and Ross Roy of Western Head, NS and grandparents Effie and Cyril Sunderland of Brooklyn, NS.

Cremation has taken place under the direction and care of Chandlers’ Funeral Home, Liverpool, NS. As per Cyril’s wishes there will be no service at this time.
