Judson Barrett Cross

CROSS – Judson B., 79, of Mersey Point, Queens County, passed away peacefully in Queens General Hospital, Liverpool on Tuesday, May 3, 2022.
Born in Liverpool, Judson was a son of the late Judson and Gertrude (Conrad) Cross.
Judson was a former employee for Bowater Mersey Paper Company working on the docks. He enjoyed hunting, camping, travelling and “coffee club” at McDonald’s.
Judson is survived by his companion Marion Selig; his daughter Paula (Vance) Whynot of Cold Lake, AB; his sons Judson and John, both of Aylesford, Benjamin (Kim Jeffrey) of Digby. Grandchildren Judson “J.C.”, Christopher, Ryan, Lyndsay, Lauren, Rebecca, Zackery, Kyle and Sierra. His great-grandchildren Everett, Isabelle, Hunter and Ezra. His sisters Judith (Richard) Morrison of Sackville, NB, Robin Sperry of Liverpool, Melissa Cross of Milton, Camilla (Arthur) Hage of Ingersol, ON.
Besides his parents, Judson was predeceased by his wife Eileen, his sisters April Grant and Gloria Gallant and his brother Douglas.
Cremation has taken place under the direction of Chandlers’ Funeral Home, Liverpool, NS. A celebration of Judson’s life will be held Friday, May 6, 2022 from 7 until 9 p.m. in Chandlers’ Funeral Chapel, Liverpool. No flowers by request. Donations may be made to a charity of your choice.
