I first met Ralph at the age of 12. In 1966 they were building the post office in Riverport. You always remember adults that were nice to you as a kid. That was Ralph.. Fast forward and now I’m 21. I meet a guy from vocational school and we end up married years later and live in West Dublin. Come to find out my then husband worked for Ralph in catching chickens. I said I remember that name. We reconnected somehow but I connected with Angela. Not sure how that happened either, so many years ago. Angela and I have become very good friends through the years, don’t see each other for years but can take up where we left off. Now this FB much easier to keep in touch. And of course I met Shirley through this journey.
This is a wonderful family and Ralph, a wonderful human being with a warm smile and a twinkle in his eye. In the spirit world where there is no more pain. Ralph is home. My condolences to all of you as you have a great loss, but share those memories with each other and laugh at the silly things you all did, crying is good as well. Honor his memory.
