Dear Kathy I always thought a lot of you and your family and all.the times I remember Richie over the years he always was good natured and happy to chat with me about fishing. The plant when we unloaded fish, baited trawl, kyack season and visits to his truck when I came home. I know I won’t see him on the waters from the shore at dads anymore but I have faith he is not alone but in the company of all the other good people from our fishing community telling some big fishing stories right now. Take comfort in knowing he was at a happy time in his life doing what he loved with his love Liz. Sending hugs and much love at this most difficult time.

We are shocked and saddened to hear of the sudden passing of Richard and Liz. As summer residents and neighbours we enjoyed watching Richard driving his boat up the Medway on a gorgeous summer evening while frequently stopping to chat.
When Richard met Liz she gave him a renewed lease on happiness. She clearly was his soul mate as they shared so much together.
