Dear Ardith,
I was totally shocked to hear of Tony’s sudden passing. I’ve known Tony for many years, way back when we all bowled in youth tournaments, years before he came to Liverpool to manage the bowling alley. I just saw him less than 2 weeks ago when I dropped in to bowl. Tony left behind many memories to many people from his years at Liverpool Bowling Center. At a time like this it is difficult to find words to ease your pain and sadness, but you are in my thoughts at this sad time.

Ardith Baby— Words fail to convey the sadness and shock at hearing of this news. As we spoke last night, Tony was our ‘go to’ guy with questions about just nearly everything. He was always upbeat even when dealing with unpleasant things. Our hearts bled for him when Weebs, ‘his boy’ died. He was such a deeply caring soul with high regard for most, but especially for the creatures closest to him, which was mostly you, but included your furry children. His loss will be sorely and deeply felt. Heaven is suddenly a much more jovial place.

Ardith and all the family,
It is with shock and heartfelt sympathy that I write this on behalf of the little group that bowls every Thurs. morning. We were met with the news about Tony when we arrived at the bowling alley this morning and our minds certainly weren’t on the sport but on our missing Tony and his warm, caring heart and fun comments. Juna was very upset as was the rest but I think it hit her the hardest as he was always picking on her. We will certainly miss him being there and our prayers and thoughts are with you and his family during these difficult days. God bless!

First neighbors, then great friends and then part of our family. (Memories) and every time we thought of them today we laughed and we would cry. Healing from this sudden thing none of us expects, will take time. His smile, his giggle, his tormenting, that is what none of us will forget. He was our Tony, our one of a kind ….(Memories). Ardith, those memories will be everlasting and when we cry, we will think of that smile and we will laugh. We are here for you always and forever, no matter what time of day or night, leave a nickel on the stove and Scooter will even turn on the outside light. Howdy Ho Neighbor…..luv your Orme family

Ardith and Tony’s family,
I am so shocked and saddened to hear of Tony’s passing. Don’t know who will holler at me now to let Mike come into the bar to gamble and drink. (and then tell me I deserve a medal to be married to him for so long.) And I will so miss him hollering at me because I didn’t send him the things he needed for his games on facebook. I shall keep these things close to my heart as I’m sure you all have your fond memories of him that will keep him close to your hearts as well.
With all our love and
Our deepest sympathy,
