Aunt Elsie was fun and firm in her convictions! Her explanation and comments to the RCMP when U, Alan was stopped for speeding many years ago; while not looking up from her knitting, was always a favourite story. She was an Aunt who was interested and interesting. I have fond memories of visits during my younger years. The last of the Martin Aunts and Uncles. Good bye Aunt Elsie. Love Paul and Kathy.

Dearest Sue and Jane and family: I was so happy to be able to attend Aunt Elsie’s service today and see all of you. It was a lovely service and captured Aunt Elsie so well – she was one very strong lady and Mom enjoyed her visits with her so much after Dad passed, especially. You will have the most beautiful memories forever but I also know how deeply she will be missed and I guess that is part of the price of loving someone that much. Again, let me know if there is anything I can do for any of you. I’m always here.
much love,
Anne XO
