To Brother Byron and all the family. We want you to know that we are praying for you in this time of loss. It was always a blessing to visit with Odessa. She was always so cheerful, regardless of the circumstances, and would usually have something to say that would bring a smile or a laugh. I remember her as one who loved people and was always concerned for what they were going through. She has had a lot of good influence on a great number of people, and will be remembered and missed. At a time like this, we can’t help but grieve, but we don’t sorrow as those who have no hope. As we are told in 1 Peter 1: 3-5 we have a living hope in our Lord Jesus Christ. “…an inheritance incorruptible and undefiled and that does not fade away, reserved in heaven for you.” May the peace of Christ be with you.
