I smile when I think of Ida. I had the wonderful opportunity of spending a lot of time with Ida at Queens Manor. She was delightful and she always made me laugh. I enjoyed helping her with her puzzles and sitting and having a nice chat. Ida will be greatly missed.

I remember Aunt Ida’s hearty laugh, her joy of life, even through difficulties, and her love of family. People used to mix her and Mom up. They would tell me they saw Mom at bingo and knew that it had to have been Aunt Ida, Mom was not a fan of bingo. Aunt Ida opened her doors to whoever needed help, shared what she had to whoever needed it. God Bless Aunt Ida, you will be missed, but memories of all the fun times will sustain us through this loss.
