
KOSZEGI, Pauline “Polly” Betty Ann, 70, of Hunts Point, Queens County, passed away peacefully in Queens Manor on Friday, November 16th, 2012.
Born in Milton, she was a daughter of Phyllis (MacLeod) Roy of Queens Manor, Liverpool and the late Sterling Roy .
A wife and mother, family meant everything to Polly. She loved family gatherings and cooking for a crowd. Polly had many hobbies, including gardening, sewing, and spending time with her grandchildren. She was also a dedicated member of the Jehovah Witness congregation of Liverpool.
She is survived by her loving husband of 52 years, Imre “Jim”; two daughters, Susi of Eastern Passage and Lori (Toby Colp) of Beach Meadows; four grandchildren, Gabriel, Marrissa, Zachary and Tristan; one sister, Gwendolyn Dale (Jim) Smith of Dartmouth; two brothers, Rocky (Viola) Roy and Timothy (Colleen) Roy both of Port Mouton; and five nieces and nephews.
Cremation has taken place under the direction of Chandlers’ Funeral Home, Liverpool where funeral service will be Wednesday, November 21st, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. Jim Longley officiating.
