KELLEHER – Peter Higgins, 77, East Port Medway, Queens County, passed away Sunday, September 24, 2023 in Queens General Hospital, Liverpool.
Born in Massachusetts, Peter was a son of the late James and Catherine (Higgins) Kelleher.
Peter was a Systems Analyst by trade, but shared a lot of passions. He was an avid sailor, a student of history, loved to read and both Peter and Nancy were so pleased to retire early and live in the place they both truly loved; Nova Scotia.
Peter is survived by his loving wife, Nancy Geffken of East Port Medway, Queens County.
Besides his parents, Peter is predeceased by his sister Sara, brothers Daniel, John and James.
Cremation has taken place under the directions of Chandlers’ Funeral Home, Liverpool , N.S. As per Peter’s wishes, there will be no service at this time. No flowers by request.
