Huphman – Loretta Anne, age 70, of Liverpool, Queens County, passed away peacefully at Queens Manor, surrounded by her loving family on Wednesday, October 13th, 2021.

Loretta could most often be seen walking through town with a smile on her face. She always made time to stop and chat with everyone she encountered as she walked to Tim’s for a coffee or to the store for some chicken tenders. Loretta’s greatest joy has always been her children and Loretta adored her grandchildren and great grandchildren and would have moved to the moon to make them happy. Loretta touched the hearts of everyone that she met and has made an everlasting impression on all who knew her.
Loretta is survived by her loving husband, Harold Huphman. Her sons, Michael (Pam) of Liverpool, Craig of New Brunswick and daughter, Rosealie (Victor) of Hubbards. Her grandchildren, Daniel (Mekayla), Jacklyn (Justin) and Alexander, Cody and Colin; great grandchildren, Kayleigh, Ryleigh and Parker. Her sister, Eleanor Wolfe of Milton; many nieces and nephews.
Loretta was predeceased her sister, Joyce Wolfe; brothers, Dennis, Reid, Cyril, Vincent Mervin and Arnold.
The family would like to thank the staff of Queens Manor for the excellent care given to Loretta during her stay. The Staff treated Loretta like family and extended her every kindness.
At Loretta’s request there will be no funeral service or flowers. Donations can be made to Queens Manor in memory of Loretta. Cremation has taken place under the direction of Chandlers’ Funeral Home, Liverpool. To share memories or condolences, please visit www.chandlersfuneral.com

FINALLY HOME…
Although your work on earth is done,
Your life in Heaven has just begun
Your struggles here were hard and strong,
But they are over now,
You are finally home…

A decision made, sometimes to late
A fight to the finish, always strong
Rest Easy Loretta, you are finally home.

To Loretta’s Family
Loretta was a dear friend of mine. We went to school together, and later years would always have a chat when I would see her downtown. She was a lovely person to know. When she moved to Hillsview Acres Residential Home in Middlefield it was one of the best things that she experienced. When I visited my Mom there Loretta and I would have a huge hug and she would have a huge smile. We would always compare nail polish colors and our manicures. When she moved to Queens Manor, she again was happy to be there. I will miss her.

I am so sorry for the loss of your beautiful wife and mother she was so loving & caring I can’t even express the loss u must be feeling But always remember the memories u shared with her I know I will because I have many one I will always remember is when I was around 8 or 9 going to Nannys and grampas aunt Loretta meeting me at the door saying come see aunt Lortta and a hug and a kiss .She will always be in my heart , I know I didn’t go see her at the manor but I just couldn’t stand to see her like that she was always up walking and I couldn’t bare to see her any other way but up and around but because I didn’t go see her didn’t mean I didn’t love her I loved her more than you will ever know ❤️ Rest easy my beautiful Angel fly high above the clouds.
Speak of me as you have always done.
Remember the good times, laughter, and fun.
Share the happy memories we’ve made
. Do not let them wither or fade.
I’ll be with you in the summer’s sun
And when the winter’s chill has come
. I’ll be the voice that whispers in the breeze
I’m peaceful now, put your mind at ease
. I’ve rested my eyes and gone to sleep
, But memories we’ve shared are yours to keep.
Sometimes our final days may be a test
, But remember me when I was at my best.
Although things may not be the same,
Don’t be afraid to use my name.
Let your sorrow last for just a while.
Comfort each other and try to smile
. I’ve lived a life filled with joy and fun.
I’m resting now my work is done .
Love u always aunt Loretta
