I was very sad to hear of the passing of such a sweet lady. Tina her granddaughter, is married to William my son. I met Eva out at the Hillsview, where my church went every year at Christmas to their Christmas Party. Eva was just wonderful, the first one to belt out the Christmas Carol, say something funny to get us all laughing. Small in stature, but full of life and love. Eva will be missed but if you know her family she leaves behind you know she left alot of herself here. Her daughter Bonnie, has the most beautiful personality, always one way, laughing and a very happy soul. Tina, I think resembles her Nanny also, small in stature but full of energy and love. Was honoured to know you Eva, Rest In Peace. Barbara

I was heart broken to hear of Eva’s passing. I know that you will miss her as much as I will. For the last six and half years, I have helped to look after her, and I loved her too! I will miss her smile, and our time together, But most of all how she loved her “Chicken Noodle Soup” Eva was a luck lady, she had a very devoted family, who loved her, visited often and kept her and other residents in homemade baskets and treats. I will be thinking of you all. Rest in Peace Eva.

We were saddened to hear of your Mom’s passing. I am the granddaughter of Ida, her sister and daughter of Hazel and Doug Bent. I will always remember the “spunk” your Mom had much like my Nan (Ida) which always touched the heart. We got to see her a fair amount when Dave’s Mom was part of the Hillsview family. It was good that you girls lived fairly close. It has been a long time since I saw you Bonnie and Regina. Sorry I didn’t get to meet the other sisters. I’m sure you will be a big support to each other at this time and will enjoy many of the fine memories you shared with you Mom.
