
GUILD – Elmer Creelman, of Liverpool, NS, formerly of Dundas, ON., passed away peacefully on June 1, 2022 in Queens Manor, Liverpool, NS.
Born in Middle Musquodoboit, NS, Elmer was a the son of the late George and Ruby (Creelman) Guild.
Elmer worked as a data processor at Stelco Steel, Hamilton, ON prior to continuing this line of work as a consultant in his later working years.
Elmer is survived by his wife Shirley Melanson, daughters Elana (Mark) and Barb, sister Ruth Kelly, brother Ralph and his pride and joy, grand daughter Samantha.
Besides his parents, Elmer was predeceased by his first wife Diana, sisters Gertrude and Florine and brothers Don and Earle.
Cremation has taken place under the direction of Chandlers’ Funeral Home, Liverpool, NS. A private family service will be held at a later date. No flowers by request, donations may be made to Queens Manor, the place Elmer called “home” for the past four years. Online condolences may be made to www.chandlersfuneral.com
