GREER – Scott G., 49, of Truro, formerly of Greenfield, Queens County, passed away suddenly on Thursday, May 19, 2021.
Born in Liverpool, Scott was a son of Charlie and Yvonne (Keating) Greer.
Scott was a former heavy equipment operator for Freeman’s Lumber Mill in Greenfield. He enjoyed playing sports, especially softball as well as video games. He liked cars and going to car shows, fishing, and tattoos. Above all, his children meant the most to him.
Surviving besides his parents are his daughters Brooke of Greenfield; Alivia of Milton, his sons Kyle (Alishia) of Halifax, Dominic and Robbie, both of Milton. His granddaughter Lexus. His sister Joanne (Ian) Lenethen of Greenfield and his brother Darren of Toronto.
Cremation has taken place under the direction of Chandlers’ Funeral Home, Liverpool, NS. A memorial service will be held Thursday, August 12th at 11:00 a.m., in Pine Rest Cemetery, Greenfield. Reverend Janet Baker officiating. No flowers, donations may be made to the Greenfield Baptist Church. Online condoles may be made to www.chandlersfuneral.com
