    Eleanor and Family:

On behalf of Winnie and myself, I want to convey our condolences on the passing of Brother Raymond. It is never easy to lose a loved one. Brother Raymond was a dedicated Mason and he will be greatly missed by all. Rest assure that there is probably a meeting in the Grand Lodge above and he will be greeted by the Brothers who have gone before him.

On behalf of the Grand Lodge of Nova Scotia, all Masons in Nova Scotia, we send our condolences.

    Eleanor, Michael, & Brian

My heartfelt sympathy and prayers are with you all, and your families, at this time. Raymond ( Mr. Freeman to me), was not only a great Dad, Grandfather, and Husband, but a huge part of the community as well and will be fondly remembered by many for his countless contributions over the years. For me, there are many great memories of growing up and spending time at your home, even when Raymond would have to say, ” alright boys, I think it’s time to settle down”. His warm smiles, quiet nature, and quick dry humor were all parts of the fine man I will always remember.

Today the world is a little sadder — because we have lost a truly humble, decent and caring man. And in today’s times that is a great loss. Remember always that Raymond’s spirit lives on in each of you; your smiles, your touches, and your very being.
