Dear: Florence, Brian and Bonnie:
Marilyn and I arrived home in New Minas from Liverpool, at 4.30pm, today Aug. 23rd. We had been in Liverpool attending the Hank Snow Tribute for a couple of days. When we got home we saw in the paper were Ivan had passed away.
Had we known before we left Liverpool we would have stayed another day and gone to Ivan’s funeral.
Marilyn and I will remember the good times we had square dancing.Ivan teaching our class in Shelburne and the many dances we went to with both of you. Especially the USA Exchanges. Camping at Hailey Bailie in Bangor, Maine. Dancing to Dick Ledger. Bonnie taught our children to swim at Bangor. We saw where Mr. Baillie passed away a while ago.
Hold on to the good times and memories.
God bless all the family,
With our love,
Marilyn and Cecil Verge

Jeanne Arenburg (formerly Benedict)
Dear Florence and family:
I just read of this today and send my sincere sympathy.
We made a wonderful addition to our friends-in-life when we stopped by your home in White Point, and for several years, camped in the back yard, while working in the area, taking our kids to soccer games and just vacationing. My late in-laws, Alfred and Stella Benedict, enjoyed their time at our trailer and the card playing and talking with you.
You and Ivan were a true gift addition to our family. Our family fully appreciated and enjoyed the holiday call every year.
With regrets, with life changes, we lost track of each other. I would very much like to make contact with you, Florence and visit. My phone number is: 1-902-790-1987. I live outside Windsor and if you are in Falmouth visiting please call me. Let me know where you are now and I will most certainly plan a visit soon.
Thank you..
Jeanne Arenburg
(formerly – Jeanne / Dean Benedict)
In-laws were Stella and Alfred Benedict, of Mount Denson.
