Dear Robert and all of Louisa’s family. We have lost a dear, sweet lady in Louisa. Her love for her Lord and so for many others shone brightly through her life. Although we did not know her quite as long as some who knew her for life; I can truly say that Louisa touched our lives in many ways. May the many memories of her and her ministry within Brooklyn Baptist Church and outside in the community continue to be a blessing. We are privileged to have called her sister and friend. Sincere condolences on the loss of Louisa. I had known her since working with her husband, Gerald, at the Town of Liverpool office in the early 1970’s. We always had chats at the Dominion Store. In these later years, I would see her working in her flower gardens and she was in her 90’s! RIP Louisa

I remember Louisa best as our brownie leader, together with my mother, Barbara. She was a caring individual both in that capacity and in the larger community. Her smile was infectious – such a special lady. She will be missed by so many. Condolences to her family and loved ones.

To Lousia’s family please accept my sincere condolences. As a part timer I worked with Louise at the Dominion Store and affectionally remember her many calls for “Packer Please” when we would drop everything, run to the front of the store, pack the order and usually delivered it to the customers car in the parking lot Always customer first,
Remembered as a special lady, held in high regard by customers and staff alike

Sending condolences to Louisa’s family at this sad time. I remember when I was a kid, seeing Louisa working at the Dominion store in Liverpool. She was certainly a hard worker. I remember walking into the store one day and seeing her picture posted as Manager of the store. A female store manager was something not heard of in the 1970s so I am sure she had to work even harder than most to get to that position. She was always so active and smart and you’d never believe she was the age that she was. My thoughts are with her family.
