Jean’s fondest memories are of raising her family in the loving and nurturing environment created by all the wonderful families who lived on Waterloo Street, (affectionately referred to as the “Waterloo Street Gang”). Later in life, she spent many enjoyable summers at Ponhook Lake where she made many life-long friends. She was predeceased by her husband Bill Chandler and her twin sister Joan Smith.
Cremation has taken place under the direction of Chandler’ Funeral Home, Liverpool. A private family graveside service will take place at a later date in St. Gregory’s Catholic Cemetery, Liverpool. Donations may be made to Victorian Order of Nurses, Queens County Branch or to a charity of your choice. On line condolences may be made to www.chandlersfuneral.com.
