So sorry to hear the loss of a loved one and a friend. Our thoughts are with you and your family.
Joey, Steven, Kyle and Brittany,
As you know, Tammy was one of my very special students and I loved her to bits. She was thoughtful, intelligent, and a pleasure to spend time with. Her favorite topic of discussion and the one that gave her the most pleasure was her amazing family.
I know the past many months have been stressful and difficult for all of you but you came through for her in the best possible way and she was proud and grateful for everything.
Please know that you are in our thoughts and prayers and we are at your disposal if we can help you in any way in the days ahead.

Tammy was always meant to be a Mom, we first met her as Cara’s baby-sitter. She looked after Cara with maturity & so much love for someone only in her teens w/o the practice of her own kids yet. Tammy was a very loving & prideful Mom, but also a very shy & private person, but once she opened up to you, you had a true friend. Will miss her very much!!!

I’m so sorry for your loss, I never had the pleasure of meeting Tammy but have heard many great things about her. Heaven got another Angel today.

We only know each other from the Chemo Dept but I will miss Tammys little smiles, even though she may not have felt like smiling, she tried and remained quiet. Your caring for her while in the Dept and her keeping check on you showed a great bond. May your family bond grow stronger, as together, you share your memories of Tammy.

I cannot imagine how you must be feeling at this time. Tammy fought a huge battle……but it seems tough for anyone to ever win against it. Her battle has ended, and she will suffer no more, as hard as it is, be grateful that she is not in pain or struggling.
Your pain and struggling will someday get better.
Take care of one another and rely on the comfort of family and friends to help you through these terrible days.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you.
Memory is a way of holding on to the things you love, the things you are, the things you never want to lose
Move on, be brave, don’t weep at my grave,
Because I am no longer here, but please never let you memories of me diaappear.
If I die tomorrow, I’d be alright because I believe,
That after we’re gone , the spirit carries on.

To the Callaghan/Mansfield Families;
Words cannot express the sadness we feel for you at this time. I can proudly say that I was one of the lucky ones who had the opportunity to have known Miss Tammy. We worked many night shifts together, which left open the ability to have loads of fun and lots of conversations, mainly revolving around her children and Joey. She worried, She bragged, and mostly She Loved with all her heart. It was apparent in every word that she spoke of her family that you were her life. She was one of the most compassionate nurses I have met. She spoke to her residents with genuine compassion. The world will surely miss dear Tammy. Take care of each other. Misty 🙂
To all of Tammy’s loved ones I am so sorry to hear of your loss. It is hard to see them go but it is nice to know there is no more pain for her. When you feel pain just remember all the laughs and good times you shared together. R.I.P Tammy.
