We were saddened to hear of the news, but on the other hand, we are grateful for the times we had together in 2009………I’ve read all the comments above, and it appears that I’m not the only one who Rodney called anything but their actual name………..cherished memories to last a lifetime

Our deepest sympathies, we wish we could have went to Nova Scotia this past week too, but our thoughts were deep with you all.

Vivian, Sonya, Tanisha, Wayne, Frances, and family, We are so sorry to learn of Rodney’s passing. Mom was so pleased to get your Christmas card this year, with his picture. May you find comfort knowing that he was a wonderful man and that he is now free of suffering and pain. We loved every moment we shared together, whether in N.S. or in the States. We especially enjoyed his stories. We will never forget this gentle man. Love from all the Dow family.

Sorry to hear of Rodney’s passing. He became very special to Cory when he spent time at your home.They always had some little thing planned for the next time he was coming up for Cory to look forward to. He especially loved sitting by the fire at night with him. He was a great guy! I’m sure he’ll be missed by all that knew him!

Vivian and Sonya,
Rodney will be missed by all of us. He could make anyone laugh. We have a lot of good memories with all of our road trips and the things we use to do, he always made the trips more fun!! He is resting peacefully now with papa, nanny and dad, making them laugh and watching over all of us. He was a great uncle and always looked out for us. I was hoping he would meet my son but I will just have to tell him about him and know that he is watching him from above. I don’t think there are too many people around that he called by their name, just one memory of many that I have of him. We are here if you need us.
