OICKLE – Robert D., 63, of Liverpool, passed away peacefully in South Shore Regional Hospital, Bridgewater on Friday, September 3rd, 2010
Born in Liverpool, he was a son of the late George and Violet (Schrader) Oickle.
Robert was a fishcutter and worked for Chandler’s Fish Plant in Moose Harbour and Mersey Seafoods in Liverpool. He was a dog lover.
He is survived by his sister Verna (Fred) Lannan of Liverpool. Brothers: David (Marion) of Moose Harbour, Otis (Barbara) of Liverpool.
He was predeceased by sisters Madge and Carolyn; brother Alfred.
Visitation will be Monday, September 6th, 2010 from 7 until 9 p.m. and funeral service will be Tuesday, September 7th, 2010 at 10:30 a.m. both in Chandlers’ Funeral Chapel, Liverpool. Reverend Judy Cross officiating. Burial will be in Trinity Anglican Cemetery, Liverpool. was really surprised to hear of rob’s passing so suddenly.I used to see rob and gene sometimes over to the superstore doing their grocery shopping. he was very quiet and he used to take his dog for walks. sorry again for your loss. our prayers are with all of you.
