Dear Catherine and family– Remembering Ralph from many years ago , 69 in fact, and remembering all the joy he and his special friend Royce brought into my young life, always smiling and kind . My, we had wonderful times. Though I seldom saw him or his family , over the years his memory has always burned steady in my thoughts and I never failed to enquire after him. I cry over his passing but know that God’s timing is never wrong and through his great love he will be looking after each of you. Prayers and Love to you all. Jeanie

To Catherine and family,
My sincerest sympathy to all of you. I know how difficult this must be for you but you will have beautiful memories forever.
Ralph has been an institution in my family for all of my life and as long as I remember. My father Earl celebrates Ralph’s life as warmly as any family member he has ever had.
Friendship comes in all sizes and shapes and the smile, the twinkling eyes and the character is forever imprinted on my mind.
Ralph played no small part in protecting if not saving my life at one critical point in my childhood. I expect my parents shared their gratitude with Ralph at one time or another but I never knew how…other than to live my life well…giving when and in less significant ways as Ralph did for me. I can’t say I ever knew how to properly respect what Ralph gave to me other than to ‘pay it forward’ as opportunities have presented.
Ralph may be gone but he’ll never be forgotten as long as I’m alive and aware of just how precious life is…
Memories of Ralph will stir many a thought as we move forward and most everything we recall will recreate those sensibilities that we admired throughout his life.
To Catherine, Liz and Donna and families:
I have many fond memories of Ralph at the cottage and I am saddened by his passing. He often called me snooks and was always smiling and made you feel welcome. I am very sorry for your loss. Hugs to you all. Joy
