She is survived and sadly missed by her only daughter Michele (Darrell) Richards. Grandchildren: Jessica and Justin. Her Brothers: Bertram Jr. “Bert” of Thompson, MN. William “Billy” (Anne) of Conquerall Mills. Nieces Erin, Amber and Melanie. Nephews Tyler and Tyson.

She was predeceased by her brother David.

Cremation has taken place under the direction of Chandlers’ Funeral Home, Liverpool, where visitation will be held from 1:00 until 2:00 p.m. and a memorial service at 2:00 p.m., Sunday December 13th. 6. Tammi (Henderson) Hayne says:

I have fond memories of spending time in Labelle at the family cottage with Karen and the entire MacNeil clan each summer as our families were great friends. The video tribute was beautiful to watch and brought back lots of great memories with Karen and her parents, Bud & Peal who were like grandparents to me. Karen will be sadly missed by her family but trust that she is having a wonderful reunion catching up with her Mom & Dad and is now in a happy place, free of pain.

  13. Blanche Comeau Hughes says:

Michele, Bert, Billy and families -

At this time, just wanted to let you know that I’m thinking of you and wish you all comfort in those special memories you’ll always have of Karen – all the great times together and photos to treasure. My best memories of Karen were first as neighbours, working at Bowaters; then when she lived in the apartment at my parents’ home – where her door was always open for us to drop by for a visit, which we did and enjoyed very much. It takes a special person and I know Karen was well suited for senior care and would’ve certainly given her all in their care.
