I can speak for myself, sister and brother when I say your Mom and Dad were generous beyond belief and as children we were the lucky benefactors on many occasions. We will not forget her and those wonderful times. Condolence from Nadine (Guest) Wright on January 27th, 2015 12:03 pm

Heartfelt sympathy to all of Jean’s family. You probably won’t remember me, but many, many years ago Dad, Mom, brother Darrell and I visited you and we girls hung out together a bit. My Dad was Joe Guest (a friend of your Dad’s) and my Mom was Jessie. Sadly, Mom passed away at age 53 in 1969 and Dad at age 82 in 2004. I still remember that visit and have thought of your family over the years. God bless you at this sad time in your lives. Your Mom was a very special lady.

Brenda, Tish and Margo. So sorry to hear of your mom’s passing. So glad, Brenda, that you managed to track me down. Our moms and dads were such good friends for so many years. Our moms had a great visit together shortly before my mom passed. Mom was so happy about that. I have some great memories myself of spending a fair amount of time at your house when I was a kid…playing with dolls with Margo, catching tadpoles in buckets down behind your house and being envious of you having a post office right in your house. Seems funny now when you remember that I lived in a train station! Best wishes to you all, and my thoughts are with you.

Dear Brenda,
Peter phoned me the other evening with the news of your mother’s passing. So sorry to hear of that. However, I had suspected she was not her usual self as I had not heard from her for some time… and she usually answers e-mails promptly.
Please pass my condolences to Trish and Margo. I have a letter that I’ll get in the mail one of these days.
Sincerely,

Joyce (Hutcheson) Macpherson
